Advertised as the world’s first ever undersea restaurant, the Hilton Undersea Resort & Spa opened Ithaa (meaning “pearl”) in the Maldives in 2007. Situated just a couple meters below the surface of the Indian Ocean, it provides amazing panoramic views of the surrounding coral reef.
